1. How long does delivery take?

  • Delivery in Dhaka city usually takes 1–2 business days.

  • For Dhaka sub-cities (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Tongi), delivery takes 1–3 business days.

  • Outside Dhaka, delivery can take 2–4 business days depending on location.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and major debit/credit cards through secure gateways.

3. Can I return or exchange a product?

  • Yes, if the product is damaged, expired, or you received the wrong item.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to start the return process.

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

4. Are all your products authentic?

  • Absolutely! We guarantee 100% genuine and fresh products sourced from trusted brands and suppliers.

5. Do you offer cash on delivery?

  • Yes, COD is available for Dhaka city and most areas across Bangladesh.

6. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow your delivery status.

7. Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

  • Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh.

8. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact customer support immediately.

9. What if I receive a defective product?

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
