1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Dhaka city usually takes 1–2 business days.

For Dhaka sub-cities (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Tongi), delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Outside Dhaka, delivery can take 2–4 business days depending on location.
2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and major debit/credit cards through secure gateways.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, if the product is damaged, expired, or you received the wrong item.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to start the return process.

Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, COD is available for Dhaka city and most areas across Bangladesh.

7. Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh.
8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact customer support immediately.
9. What if I receive a defective product?
