  • Items without original packaging/seal

3. Return/Refund Process

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via Facebook, Instagram, email, or phone

  • Provide order ID, product photos, and reason for return

  • If approved, return the item via your nearest courier within 3 days of approval

  • Refunds will be issued via Bkash/Nagad or as store credit within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the product


4. Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • In case of a replacement, shipping costs for the new item will be covered by [SHOPPING FOREVER] if the error was ours
